This past Sunday (May 6th, 2018) I got to shoot a birthday party that came to Wolverine Training Facility and Paintball.
These kids were full of energy! Running and sliding around corners to get that perfect shot, jumping up and down in excitingment when one team would win. You could tell these boys definetly had a fun time!
This past weekend I got to accompany Bakersfield’s Wolverine Hooligans and The Renegade Factory to Oceanside,Ca for the AFPL (Almost Famous Paintball League) Division 4 Five-Man and Division 3 Red-zone. The boys got 4th in 5-man and 3rd in Red-zone. This is the fourth tournament that I have gotten to be apart of since I started this whole action photography fiasco last summer, and this one might just be my favorite. It’s not just the league or the game that gets the blood flowing for me. It’s the people that come together and make it whole. I don’t know about your paintball family, but mine, its the best I’ve ever known. Between the guys that have been friends for years bickering like their married, to the wives pitching in and making sure the big goof balls have everything they need before each game. It’s family, 100% authentic, home grown family, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Congrats to The Wolverine Hooligans and The Renegade Factory!
