This past weekend was spent watching men run across a field shooting each other with little paint filled balls at The Paintball Park at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA……and you can say I had a blast capturing all the action for team Renegade Factory!!!!!!!! Although I am no professional….yet, I was treated with kindness and respect from the owner John and his lovely wife and staff. I even learned a thing or two about my camera from him!
The boys played 3 tournaments in the AFPL SoCal Chaos season. Every team brought fierce competition. You can say things got heated a few times. A few of our own even made an ass of them selves, but we still came back and finished the season. I am so glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and came to finals. I got so see a few photographers that I started following when we joined the season, and most importantly, I got to go support my main squeeze Gary Johnston doing what he loves.
Although there was no medals or trophies won this past weekend, we are taking the memories of making new friends and enjoying the time with the paintball family we came with. Paintball isn’t just a sport, for some it is a way of life. Love you guys.
